Tofu Brownie Recipe


Do you want something rich and sweet but still want to maintain your healthy diet?

If so, this recipe is for you! Try this tofu brownie as your break from studying.

This recipe is super easy (mostly mixing) and doesn’t require many ingredients to make.

Adjust the amount of sugar and chocolate chips as your preference :)


Ingredients:

- 200g medium-firm tofu

- 1 egg

- ¼~½ cup sugar

- 70g chocolate bar

- 1 tbsp milk (any kind)

- 2 tbsp flour

- ⅔ tbsp corn starch/ potato starch

- ⅔ tbsp cocoa powder

- A pinch of salt

- Chocolate chips for topping


Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a small mold with a non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Lightly drain the water from tofu using a kitchen towel.

  3. Use a whisk to make the tofu smooth and creamy.

  4. Add egg and sugar to the creamy tofu and mix them well.

  5. In another container, add chocolate and milk, heat in the microwave for about 1 minute. Then add the melted chocolate to 4.

  6. Add all the other ingredients to 5 and mix well.

  7. Pour it into the mold and add some chocolate chips on the top

  8. Bake it for around 40 minutes. After it is cooked, let it cool and serve yourself :)

  9. The taste becomes richer if you cool it in the refrigerator
