Easy four step recipe : Chia seed pudding
2 cups of milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups of fruit of your choice, see variations
How to do it ?
In a bowl, mix the milk with the chia seeds, honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Let stand for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the milk.
Stir a few time.
Divide into 4 bowls or glasses and garnish with fruit.
