Easy & Healthy Chia Seeds Recipe

  • High in protein, can help in getting your daily requirement and build muscle

Easy four step recipe : Chia seed pudding


  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups of fruit of your choice, see variations

How to do it ?

  • In a bowl, mix the milk with the chia seeds, honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.

  • Let stand for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the milk.

  • Stir a few time.

  • Divide into 4 bowls or glasses and garnish with fruit.
