Recipe Monday #16: Avocado Brownies

Wanna use up that mushy avocado that's been sitting on your counter? Want to eat brownies but also feel healthy? Well, look no further!
Ingredients Needed:
1 ripe avocado
2 eggs
½ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅔ cup wheat flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Method:
Preheat oven to 350℉ (175℃)
Blend the following together until smooth: avocado, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract
In a bowl, add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the mixture
Mix everything together until a batter forms
Pour mix into a baking pan
Bake for 20-30 minutes and allow to cool
Enjoy!!
