SECRETARY (1 position):

- Takes meeting minutes during D.H.N.U.S meetings and marks attendance.

- Coordinates member schedules

- Supports the executive team by relaying information through the DHNUS member Facebook page.

- Attends weekly D.H.N.U.S meetings for the planning and promotion of upcoming events

YEAR REPRESENTATIVES (U0, U2 and U3):

- Acts as a liaison between the students of each level and the executive members of D.H.N.U.S.

- Assists in organizing and implementing events (eg. workshops throughout the semester) with other D.H.N.U.S. members.

- Attends weekly D.H.N.U.S meetings for the planning and promotion of upcoming events

EVENT COMMITTEE MEMBERS (4 positions):

- Assists Activity coordinators in planning events sponsored by D.H.N.U.S

- Assists Activity coordinators in informing students of any upcoming events sponsored by D.H.N.U.S

- Attends weekly D.H.N.U.S meetings and separate meetings with Activity Coordinators to plan events sponsored by D.H.N.U.S

Event committee applicants will be notified for an interview by September 24.
